Millburn, New Jersey was created as a township by an act of the NewJersey Legislature on March 20, 1857 from portions of Springfield Township, when Union County was formed. Millburn is a beautiful residential community located in the southwest corner of Essex County. Millburn has a very active downtown for walking, parks & recreation, shopping and dining, as well as their very own movie theatre and the infamous Paper Mill Play House. Residents may also choose to reside in Millburn due to its top rated schools and close proximity to New York City Transportation.
